Wedding | Jessica & Robert | Palo Alto, CA | March 17, 2012

One week before the wedding day, the forecast came out and predicted a cold rainy day, which was freaking flew Jessica (the bride) off her rocker. She was very stressed out. To help calm her nerves, I told her my “game plan”, the strategy set for the rainy weather, as well as scouting the locations and preparation of the proper equipment to hamper my effort to get her the best photos. Luckily, the weather on the wedding day turned out cloudy with peeping sun.
The makeup artist Rachanee was putting creatively and beautiful bridal makeup for Jessica while my assistant and I arriving at Cupertino’s Cypress Hotel. The second time shooting wedding here makes much progress on lights and compositions.
By around 2 o’clock, the ceremony took place at the First United Methodist Church in Palo Alto. Unlike Memorial Church in Stanford, photographers are allowed to step in on both sides of the centre podium. When Jessica and Robert looked at each other in the eye, it was so touchy that they couldn’t help crying. The other my favorite moment was when people got out of the church, Jessica was surrounded by all the children, and balloons were all over the sky, which carry the blessing and happiness everywhere. Bless this couple all the best.
Last but not least, thank my friend Rachanee for the great job on bridal makeup and hairdo. In the meanwhile, also thank those best men for helping us make it smooth, last thank my dear friend QIQI for some post editing helps.

Here is a special shoot I want to present to Jessica and Robert (Credits shared by my dear friend Yan, a wonderful photographer).

This set of wedding picutres was completed with elegance, fun and sweetness. A variety of motions and feelings were captured by the camara. We see a modern while traditional oriental family overwhelmed by the happienss of the unite of this couple. I love the black and white pictures with family most, especially the one with granny. Nice work.

Thank you so much, JJ! Thanks for the compliments in the comments 🙂
The moments you caught are really touching! Even right now, when I see these pictures, I still can feel my heart beating fast and tears.
All of the pictures are full of tears of joy and smile of happiness; those with my husband reflect the first beautiful scene of becoming a wife; those with my mom and my bridesmaids show my excited mood when I was still single
Also my husband, Robert’s joy, hyper, humor are grabbed perfectly; the one with all the groomsmen is really funny, different face, different look!
We will cherish these precious moments forever!
Thank you Rachanee for the beautiful make-up and Qiqi, my good friend, for the great re-touch 🙂

JJ is Phenomenal and these pictures are Amazing!!! She provided quality photos that truly captured the essence of the wedding…. After looking at all the photos she has ever taken, I can say she is consistently professional, reliable, and personable. I asked JJ to take me some pictures (not for wedding) at the beginning of this year. After meeting her, I knew she had the personality i was looking for. Not only was she incredibly nice and easygoing, but she knew *exactly* what she was doing – something you just can’t be sure about with other photographers. Under her design, you’re guaranteed someone who knows how to capture perfect images and knows how to make you look good. That’s priceless, and it’s well worth the money –
I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for the best photographer for your wedding, and want to make you look good, JJ is the one.

The first one is a master piece! I really like this set of photos. Cloudy weather helped a lot, 🙂

I still remember few years ago JJ began to learn photographing. From the every beginning she devoted herself to this area so much and her enthusiasm never declined. At that time I told her keep doing this she would be a good photographer sooner or later. I mean at least as good as a professional, if not better. With these photos I will say all this came true…

    Really proud of you!
